Free Trial Required Before Enrollment

Every student must complete a free trial class before enrolling in a membership plan. This lets your child experience a lesson with one of our teachers and ensures it's the right fit.

Common Questions

How does the recurring schedule work?

You choose a weekly time slot (e.g., Wednesdays at 3:30 PM) and it's automatically booked for the full year. Academy members pick 2 slots per week.

Can I reschedule a class?

Yes! You can reschedule individual sessions through the Parent Portal. You can also change your entire recurring schedule, and all future classes will update.

How does billing work?

You can choose auto-charge (card charged monthly) or manual payment (you pay each month via our portal). Either way, card info is stored securely with Stripe.

What if I can't attend all my classes this month?

You can reschedule classes through the Parent Portal. If you need a partial refund or credit for sessions you can't make up, please call Aryan at (425) 555-0100 to discuss options.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please call Aryan directly at (425) 555-0100 to discuss cancellation. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we're always happy to chat about any concerns.
